What will you contribute?
As part of Finastra’s AI COE, the Director of Architecture & Standards will lead the development and enforcement of enterprise architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Your deliverables as the Director of Architecture & Standards will include, but are not limited to:
Define and maintain architecture standards and frameworks.
Provide the technical blueprints and standards necessary to keep the AI initiatives stable.
Collaborate with technology, security, and product teams to ensure compliance.
Oversee architecture design and reviews for major projects.
Drive architectural consistency across the organization.
Promote innovation within architectural boundaries.
Partner with other product and engineering teams to assist in the design of solutions.
Required Experience
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and standards.
Proven leadership in defining architectural frameworks.
Strong background in technology and security standards.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
