About our Client:
Our client is an AI-native SaaS platform that is redefining how large enterprises manage global freight and supply chain operations. Backed by top-tier venture capital, the platform replaces manual, spreadsheet-heavy procurement and shipment-tracking processes with a single, intelligent operating layer — and is now expanding into agentic AI, building autonomous systems that don't just assist users but actively execute logistics workflows on their behalf.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and ship production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows that think in outcomes, not backlogs.
Work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, orchestration frameworks, memory, planning, and tool calling to build systems that reason, act, verify, and continuously improve.
Partner closely with Engineering to translate customer and business needs into shippable, production-grade AI architecture.
Validate solutions directly with customers, owning real-world business outcomes rather than just feature releases.
Operate as a high-ownership IC in a role that is still being defined — shaping process, standards, and scope as the team builds.
Ideal Candidate:
Tier-1 engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E.) and/or MBA from a top-tier institute.
5–8 years of total experience in Product, Product Engineering, or a similar role, with a minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a developer before transitioning into product.
Hands-on experience building Agentic AI platforms — not limited to chatbots or single-agent systems.
Strong understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, planning, memory, tool calling, and AI failure modes.
Proficient in Python or JavaScript, with an AI-native mindset — regular, real daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI.
Curiosity, systems thinking, and genuine obsession with solving real customer problems, with comfort operating in ambiguity.
On Offer:
Real end-to-end ownership of production-grade agentic AI systems from the ground up — not maintaining legacy roadmaps.
High-ownership, lead-track IC role with a clear path to workstream/functional leadership within 6–12 months for strong performers.
Direct access to founders/leadership and a small, high-caliber product & engineering team.
Fast-paced, outcome-driven culture where success is measured by real-world impact, not just feature shipping.
Backed by top-tier venture capital, with strong growth trajectory and enterprise traction, based in India with an on-site working arrangement.
