Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Platform Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI) platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI platform engineering, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI frameworks.
This role will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and production-ready GenAI platforms that enable intelligent applications across the enterprise. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to build next-generation AI capabilities leveraging foundation models, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI governance.
Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale Generative AI platform architecture supporting multiple business use cases.
• Architect scalable AI platforms using cloud-native services and containerized microservices.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Develop AI application reference architectures utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build secure and reusable AI services for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Design prompt engineering, prompt management, and prompt optimization frameworks.
• Architect AI inference pipelines for production workloads.
• Design vector search and semantic retrieval solutions.
• Define enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing enterprise systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish AI engineering best practices.
• Optimize AI infrastructure for scalability, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Design monitoring, observability, evaluation, and performance metrics for GenAI applications.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience.
• 4+ years designing enterprise AI or Machine Learning platforms.
• 2+ years architecting Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI platforms.
