To strengthen our organization, we are now seeking an AI Manager, CRO & Sales to join our team in Espoo, Finland. What you'll do As AI Manager, CRO & Sales, your mission is to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and predictability by embedding AI into sales, marketing, and revenue operations processes. You will play a key role in transforming how data, automation, and AI are used across our commercial organization. In this role you will: Design and deploy AI use cases across pipeline management, forecasting, funnel optimization, lead management, and sales productivity Improve data quality, enrichment, and governance across CRM and revenue operations systems Automate reporting, dashboards, and sales insights Standardize and scale revenue operations processes across the commercial organization Implement AI-powered solutions for lead scoring and prioritization, opportunity insights, deal intelligence, sales content creation, and workflow automation Improve seller efficiency and increase time spent selling versus administrative work Support frontline sales teams in adopting AI copilots and AI-powered workflows Build fo
