What is Head of AI Products?
We are seeking a strategic product leader to lead the enterprise AI product portfolio by identifying high-impact opportunities, defining AI product strategy, managing the innovation pipeline, and driving the development and adoption of AI-powered products and solutions across business domains. This role will partner with business, data, platform, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI products that create measurable business value. This role will be reporting to the Chief AI Officer.
What does Head of AI Products do?
- Own and drive the enterprise AI product roadmap aligned with JazzWorld's strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of high-impact AI use cases across Digital, Fintech, Enterprise, and Corporate functions.
- Lead the AI innovation pipeline from ideation and business case development through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
- Partner with business, data, platform, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered products and solutions.
- Drive development of reusable AI capabilities, products, and services that accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, partnerships, and commercialization opportunities to create new revenue streams and competitive advantage.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, investments, outcomes, and business value.
- Lead prioritization and investment decisions across the AI portfolio, presenting product roadmaps, business outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of AI Products?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Products, Innovation, Strategy, or Technology.
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, analytics, automation, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
