AI Engineering is moving from experimentation to infrastructure.
Across Financial Services, banks are now looking at how AI can be embedded into the way they operate, not just where it can be trialled.
We’re partnering with a leading consultancy delivering large-scale AI and Data programmes across Tier 1 banking clients, with opportunities across
London, Manchester and Scotland, with hybrid working.
They’re looking for people who can take AI from concept through to production, including:
- AI Engineers & Senior AI Engineers
- AI Architects
- Solution Architects
- Principal Consultants
- Senior Managers
The work spans:
→ LLM and GenAI applications
→ RAG platforms and agentic workflows
→ Fraud, risk, compliance and customer journeys
→ AI integration across complex banking data ecosystems
→ Scalable, governed AI operating models
The technology includes: Python, SQL, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain/LangGraph, FastAPI, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks and MLOps.
The key thing they’re looking for is people who have actually built and delivered, rather than just experimented.
Strong software, platform, data or AI engineering backgrounds are all relevant, particularly where you’ve shipped AI products into production and understand the challenges of working in regulated environments.
