Role Description The Director of AI and Creative is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for leading the integration of artificial intelligence into RMG’s creative and media strategy workflows. This role oversees the design and implementation of AI-driven tools and processes that enhance content development, campaign optimization, audience insights, and live event experiences.
The Director will collaborate closely with senior executives to develop data driven campaigns that features creative, production, media strategy and campaigns. The job will also be client-facing teams to identify opportunities where AI and data can drive innovation and measurable results. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding AI product vision, supervising technical vendors or internal specialists, interpreting data insights for creative decision-making, and ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI in all media applications.
The role also involves presenting AI capabilities to clients, developing best practices, and mentoring team members to build AI literacy across the organization.
Qualifications
MANDATORY: Fluency of all prominent AI tools and platforms.
MANDATORY: Experience leading AI or data-driven initiatives within media, entertainment, marketing, or related industries.
Proven leadership skills, including managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with creative, technical, and client stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
Demonstrated track record of innovation, problem-solving, and responsible use of emerging technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, both internal and for a client.
Significant understanding of the entertainment, business and sports based PR; how it works and knowledge of earned media and its pathways.
