Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10–15 years in AI, ML, or enterprise architecture roles.
Proven track record architecting RAG systems, vector search, and LLM-based knowledge platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Python
Cloud ML platforms-Azure
Vector DBs (Pinecone, DB Vector)
LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks
Fine tuning & embeddings
Experience/familiarity with document chunking, knowledge graphs, and vectorization
Expertise in document AI, NLP, and unstructured data processing.
Strong architectural skills across:
Data pipelines
APIs and event-driven systems
Containerization (Docker/K8s)
Security-by-design
Experience in financial services, preferably in commercial real estate credit, servicing, or asset management.
Salary Range: $130,000 -$140,000 year
