AI Tech Lead

You will work in agile mode, in close collaboration with Products & Innovation, as well as with business and IT teams from other CACEIS divisions. As Tech Lead, you will develop solutions while supporting and upskilling the team’s Python/AI developers.

You will play a key role in the architecture of AI solutions, the integration of LLMs and ML/DL technologies, and the implementation of best practices for AI‑assisted development. A recognized expert in vibe coding, you master generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development while guaranteeing architectural robustness and maintainability. You are able to train and guide the team in adopting these new ways of working.

The assignment takes place in an English‑speaking environment; fluency in English is mandatory.

Experienced Solution Architect with a dual Python/AI skill set and strong expertise in vibe coding, able to design innovative architectures and lead a team of developers in an agile, international environment while ensuring high code quality and long‑term maintainability.

At least 10 years of experience in Python development, with solid experience in AI/ML solution architecture
Proficiency with modern frameworks: FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Streamlit/Gradio
Knowledge of microservices architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, event‑driven and data‑oriented architecture
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud AI services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Bedrock)
Experience in data engineering and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, Kafka)

Nice to have :
Knowledge of Java/Spring to interact with legacy systems
Knowledge of version control and collaboration tools (Git, GitLab/GitHub)

Required skills
Significant experience as an AI Tech Lead, including team coaching and skills development
Strong experience with LLMs (fine‑tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, orchestration
Ability to train and coach teams on best practices for AI‑assisted development

Technical skills required
Advanced mastery of Python 3.8+ and software engineering best practices
Demonstrated and recognized expertise in vibe coding with advanced use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT)
Proven expertise in AI/ML solution architecture and integration of AI models in production
Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face Transformers
In‑depth knowledge of MLOps technologies and CI/CD pipelines for AI models
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
Expertise in DevOps, test automation and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
