About The Role We're hiring a Regional Director, Field Engineering to build and lead a high impact pre-sales Field Engineering team focused on Cursor's healthcare vertical — supporting our fastest growing enterprise accounts across health systems, payers, and healthcare software companies. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering and is responsible for ensuring our technical pre-sales motion scales with quality, speed, and credibility. As the Regional Director, Field Engineering, you’ll manage and develop Field Engineers who partner closely with AEs to run technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept tailored to Healthcare buyers. You’ll also stay close to customers and deals yourself, coaching in real time, unblocking complex evaluations, and ensuring Cursor is positioned as the best AI-native development platform for healthcare engineering organizations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines technical fluency, strong people management, and excellent cross-functional judgment.
