We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Website Project Manager and Lead Architect to lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of an enterprise agentic AI web platform.
This position combines technical architecture, AI application design, user experience, systems integration, and project leadership. The Lead Architect will be responsible for translating business and workflow requirements into an intuitive agentic web experience connected to NVIDIA A100 GPU-based LLM services operating within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and Linux environment.
The successful candidate should be capable of working across front-end architecture, agentic middleware, visualization, workflow integration, APIs, AI inference services, and enterprise infrastructure while coordinating closely with AI engineers, Oracle database engineers, infrastructure engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Website Architecture
Lead the overall architecture, design, and implementation of an agentic AI website/platform.
Define how users interact with AI agents, LLM services, enterprise data, documents, reports, and existing workflow applications.
Design agentic user experiences that support:
Natural-language chat and queries
AI-assisted workflow execution
Multi-step agentic processes
Document and data selection
Dynamic reports and summaries
Structured data extraction and presentation
Human review and approval
Sharing and exporting results
Develop scalable architectural patterns for connecting the user interface with AI middleware, enterprise databases, and backend processing services.
Establish technical standards for application components, APIs, data exchange, security, and AI service integration.
AI / NVIDIA GPU Integration
Architect front-end and middleware integration with NVIDIA A100 GPU-based LLM infrastructure.
Work closely with AI engineers to define APIs and service interfaces between the agentic website and LLM inference environment.
Design user interactions that can initiate and manage complex AI tasks while providing appropriate status, progress, results, and exception handling.
Support integration of multiple AI agents, models, tools, prompt libraries, and inference services.
Help optimize application architecture for LLM latency, concurrency, reliability, and user experience.
Oracle Cloud & Enterprise Architecture
Design the application to operate within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.
Work closely with Synodex’s Oracle engineers on integration with Oracle Database, OCI Compute, networking, storage, security, and application services.
Understand architectural requirements associated with private and public cloud subnets and secure communications between application, database, middleware, and GPU tiers.
Ensure appropriate separation between web, application, database, and AI processing environments.
Participate in architecture decisions concerning scalability, availability, disaster recovery, performance, and security.
Website, UX & Data Visualization
Lead development of a modern, intuitive interface for complex AI and data-driven workflows.
Select and implement appropriate data visualization technologies and frameworks.
Design interactive:
Dashboards
Timelines
Charts and graphs
Data tables
Medical or business data visualizations
Workflow status displays
AI-generated reports
Incorporate advanced graphics and visualization capabilities where they improve interpretation of complex information.
Establish consistent user-interface standards across workflows, reports, chat, dashboards, and data views.
Ensure that complex AI functionality is presented to users in a simple and understandable manner.
Workflow Software Integration
Architect integration between the agentic platform and existing workflow software and enterprise applications.
Define APIs and interfaces for exchanging documents, data, workflow status, assignments, results, and reports.
Design workflows in which AI agents can initiate or support actions while maintaining appropriate human review and control.
Work with existing development teams to minimize disruption to established production applications.
Support REST APIs, web services, messaging, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Linux, Java & Application Environment
Maintain a strong working understanding of Linux-based application environments.
Work effectively with Java-based enterprise applications and middleware.
Participate in technical decisions involving application servers, services, APIs, containers, and deployment architecture.
Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration and performance issues across application, middleware, database, and AI components.
Project Management & Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary technical leader for the agentic AI website project.
Develop and maintain the project architecture, implementation roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and technical priorities.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development workstreams.
Coordinate activities across:
AI/LLM engineers
Oracle database engineers
OCI infrastructure engineers
Front-end developers
Java/application developers
UX and graphics resources
Data visualization developers
Security personnel
Existing workflow software teams
Lead technical design reviews and resolve architectural issues affecting multiple teams.
Identify project risks, integration dependencies, performance constraints, and security requirements early in the development lifecycle.
Maintain appropriate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and implementation standards.
