About the Role We are hiring an AI Operations Manager to help drive the operational quality, reliability, and effectiveness of Storyteller’s AI tooling. This role sits within our AI Operations function and is focused on making sure the AI tools, platforms, workflows, and configurations used across the business are well-run, dependable, and continuously improving. AI is moving quickly, and Storyteller is moving with it. We need someone who can stay close to what is changing in the AI tooling landscape, understand what matters for our business, and help turn that understanding into practical operational improvements. A big part of this role is making sure AI tooling is configured properly, used effectively, and operating reliably. You will work with teams who use AI tools day to day, understand where tooling is creating friction, identify what needs to change, and follow through on the detailed operational work that makes systems dependable. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants real responsibility for how AI tooling operates inside a fast-moving SaaS business. You will bring structure to messy tooling environments, improve visibility, support better standards, and help keep Storyteller in control of fast-changing AI platforms rather than reacting too late. This is not a passive maintenance role. It is for someone who likes improving systems, raising standards, and making AI tooling genuinely work better. About Storytel
