AI Activation and AI Technical Community Development Lead

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management, managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with AI products, tools and related cloud technologies.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical personas (e.g., FDE, CE, Architect) and cross-regional teams in a hyperscaler environment.
Experience with technical sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Proven ability to balance competing priorities, decipher ambiguity, and execute complex strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker that can take broad goals and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.

You will serve as the strategic program anchor for the AI Tech Go-to-Market organization across JAPAC. Operating with a "Chief of Staff" mindset, you will program manage high-priority Gemini Enterprise Activation and Adoption initiatives, partner closely with the Technical AI Development Lead to coordinate seamless onboarding for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE), AI Customer Engineers (AICE), and AI Outcome Customer Engineers (OCE), while fostering organzation wide community building and training across the organization.

Responsibilities

Program manage end-to-end activation and adoption initiatives for Gemini Enterprise. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CEs, AI OCEs, GCC and Partner organization to clear adoption bottlenecks, accelerate time-to-value, and track customer activation metrics.
Partner with the Technical AI Development Lead to coordinate operational onboarding, readiness tracking, and field integration for new FDE, AICE and OCEs across JAPAC.
Lead organzation wide community building, knowledge-sharing cadences, best-practice forums, and training enablement programs across the organization to build a high-performing, connected culture.
Lead cross-functional alignment across matrixed teams, synthesizing field and customer feedback to inform leadership, and managing special strategic projects to scale AI GTM capabilities.
