AI Product Manager

You will join the Research & AI Product unit of Certis' AI Development Group (ADG), the company's AI Centre of Excellence. The unit's mission is to distill common components across AI projects into ready-to-reuse AI services and products, and to explore cutting-edge AI ahead of the market. As AI Product Manager, you will own this productization agenda end to end while also running AI projects directly – shaping requirements, driving delivery with engineering squads, and landing solutions with business units and clients. You will turn proven project outcomes into scalable products across ADG's portfolio spanning computer vision, voice AI, agentic orchestration, and robotics AI, ensuring AI becomes a core enabler of innovation and operational intelligence at Certis.

Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for ADG's reusable AI services and products, distilling common components from across projects into scalable, productized offerings.
Run AI projects end to end – from discovery, scoping, and requirements definition through prototyping, pilot, productization, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
Translate business problems from business units and clients into well-scoped product requirements, working day-to-day with AI engineers to prioritise, unblock, and ship.
Explore and evaluate cutting-edge AI – including agentic systems, multimodal models, and frontier open-source AI – and assess which capabilities warrant investment and productization.
Define and track success metrics for AI products, including adoption, performance, reliability, and business value delivered to internal and external customers.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, commercial, and client stakeholders, managing scope, timelines, and risks across concurrent workstreams.
Ensure AI products are compliant with governance, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy policies, embedding responsible AI practices from design through deployment.
Champion ADG's products internally and externally – demos, documentation, and enablement – promoting AI literacy and a culture of AI-driven innovation.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or solution delivery, with at least 1 years working on AI/ML-enabled products.
Proven track record of taking enterprise software or AI products from concept to deployment, and of running projects hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Strong working knowledge of the modern AI landscape – large language models, agentic workflows, computer vision, and voice AI – and what it takes to productionize them.
Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers on APIs, cloud architecture (AWS preferred), data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
Strong command of product and project practices: agile delivery, roadmapping, requirements management, and stakeholder alignment.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations for enterprise AI deployment.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Passion for AI, particularly in building AI-enabled products that address real-world challenges.
