AI Product Manager – Managed Services & AI Transformation

About The Role

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of AI-enabled managed services offerings. Drive product innovation by translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable client value and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Own offering strategy, business cases, roadmap, service catalog, pricing, and value realization.

Identify and prioritize AI-enabled managed services opportunities across AMS, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, mobile, and enterprise operations.

Translate client business challenges into AI roadmaps, value propositions, and executive-level business cases.

Partner with sales, solutioning, delivery, governance, and operations teams to move opportunities from concept to scaled adoption.

Define and track business outcomes, including productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, service quality improvements, cost optimization, and renewal support.

Monitor market trends and emerging AI capabilities to enhance offerings and competitive differentiation.

Required Qualifications:

Experience leading Managed Services or Application Managed Services (AMS) transformation initiatives.
Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled service delivery models.
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Offering Management, or Managed Services portfolio management.
Familiarity with service catalog development, pricing strategies, and commercial modeling.
Experience driving AI-led transformation, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives.
