AI Systems Product Lead

We're partnering with a well-funded AI startup backed by an established technology group to build an AI-native productivity platform used by a global audience. This is a highly technical Product Management role where you'll work closely with ML and engineering teams to transform LLM capabilities into reliable, production-ready AI products

What You'll Do
Define product strategy and requirements for AI-powered features
Work with ML, backend and mobile engineers on system design and execution
Drive AI evaluation, experimentation and continuous product improvement
Balance quality, latency, cost, reliability and user experience
Own product delivery from concept through production

What We're Looking For
Min 5+ years of Product Management experience in technical software products
Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered products
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering or AI workflows
Familiar with AI evaluation, hallucinations, model limitations and feedback loops
Solid understanding of system design and software engineering concepts
Excellent stakeholder management and product leadership skills

Nice to have
Technical Product Manager or Software Engineering background
Experience launching AI-first consumer products
Startup or zero-to-one product experience
