About The Team

The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Job Description

Support the development and execution of the Regional People AI transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, employee experience, quality, cost, and risk.
Work with People teams to translate workflow pain points into prioritised AI use cases, business cases and implementation plans.
Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.
Coordinate execution across Regional and Local People teams, Product, Technology, Data and other relevant functions.
Drive rollout and adoption through process redesign, SOPs, playbooks, training and change-management activities.
Define and track KPIs for adoption and business impact, and use performance data and user feedback to improve solutions.
Support responsible AI governance, including usage guidelines, guardrails and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required
Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, excluding internship and part-time work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to generate insights and measure impact.
Experience with AI products, Large Language Models and common enterprise use cases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
