We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in AI and machine learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a passion for data-driven solutions, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and Machine Learning projects, from business problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
Develop ML, AI, and optimisation models for forecasting, resource optimisation, reliability improvement, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to deploy AI/ML models in cloud and air-gapped production environments.
Drive experimentation using AI techniques such as time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Partner with Business Analysts and users to identify and evaluate high-impact AI use cases.
Manage AI projects and maintain AI infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of Data Science experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, and MLOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau for data visualisation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
