Our Client is a global technology-led organisation is undergoing a significant AI transformation and is building a new generation of AI products to change how employees access information, complete work and interact with internal systems.
They are looking for a product leader to take ownership of a new AI orchestration product from an early stage. The product will act as a central interface connecting users with a growing ecosystem of AI agents, tools, knowledge and workflows across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a new enterprise AI orchestration product from early-stage development through scale.
- Define how users interact with multiple AI agents, tools, workflows and internal systems through one unified experience.
- Shape how user requests are routed across specialised agents and how multiple AI capabilities work together across complex, multi-step workflows.
- Translate user needs, business priorities and emerging AI capabilities into clear product requirements and development priorities.
- Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation and iteration of new agentic AI capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering teams, setting priorities and ensuring technical decisions support the overall product and business direction.
- Explore advanced capabilities such as agent memory, persistent context, personalisation and increasingly autonomous AI workflows.
- Drive product adoption and ensure the platform delivers measurable improvements to user productivity and business outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Strong product leadership experience across AI, SaaS, digital products, workflow automation or technology consulting.
- Proven experience owning and launching zero-to-one products.
- Demonstrable experience building or launching advanced AI products, AI agents or agentic workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts including orchestration, routing, tool use, multi-step workflows and integrations.
- Experience with AI agents that interact with external systems, applications, APIs or other specialised agents.
- Genuine hands-on interest in AI, with evidence of actively experimenting with current models, tools and emerging technologies.
- Strong user and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business value.
- Sufficient technical depth to work credibly with engineers and challenge technical decisions without needing to come from a pure engineering background.
- Experience leading or working closely with engineering and multidisciplinary product teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where AI technologies and product possibilities are evolving rapidly.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to senior leadership.
- Industry background is flexible. Candidates from AI-native companies, enterprise SaaS, automation platforms, technology consulting or advanced internal AI product teams are highly relevant.
