Product Manager – Agentic AI & Growth Platform

About The Team

We are building the next generation of AI-powered promotion and growth systems that connect users through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. As a Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and development of our Smart Promotion Platform, working with cross-functional teams to accelerate user growth and marketing efficiency at scale.

Job Description

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to launch and continuous optimization for AI-enabled promotion and user growth products.
Combine deep understanding of marketing strategy, user behavior, and AI capabilities (including machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI etc.) to identify opportunities and craft high-impact solutions
Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to turn algorithms and insights into practical product features that drive measurable growth.
Leverage experimentation, automation, and data feedback loops to maximize user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Ensure strong communication and alignment across functions, including business, marketing, operations, design, engineering, and data science.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data analysis, system design, or AI products preferred.
Solid experience in product management with a strong technical foundation, ideally in AI, marketing systems, or growth platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about using AI and data to scale user and business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and motivated by impact.
