Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Solutions Architect to design, architect, and lead the delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI solutions for customers across multiple industries. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing consulting and pre-sales capabilities to help organizations accelerate digital transformation through innovative AI technologies.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, the AI / ML Solutions Architect will partner closely with clients, sales executives, delivery teams, cloud architects, data engineers, and executive stakeholders to define AI strategies, develop solution roadmaps, and deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience across AI/ML technologies, cloud-native architectures, MLOps, modern software engineering, and enterprise integration, while effectively translating complex technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Translate business objectives into scalable AI architectures aligned with client technology strategies.
Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and reference architectures.
Lead AI strategy workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design engagements with executive and technical stakeholders.
Establish reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and AI best practices across customer engagements.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Architect machine learning solutions from data ingestion through model deployment and production monitoring.
Design solutions leveraging predictive analytics, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and Generative AI.
Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
Design prompt engineering frameworks, AI agent architectures, and LLM orchestration using modern AI platforms.
Guide model selection, feature engineering, inference optimization, and responsible AI implementation.

Cloud & Enterprise Architecture
Architect AI platforms utilizing Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Design cloud-native AI infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, serverless computing, and event-driven architectures.
Architect scalable GPU environments for model training and inference.
Design secure, highly available AI platforms following enterprise security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cloud modernization teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing cloud transformation initiatives.

Data Engineering & Enterprise Integration
Design modern data architectures supporting AI and advanced analytics workloads.
Architect data lakes, data warehouses, streaming pipelines, and feature stores.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
Design API-driven AI services and microservice-based architectures.
Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across AI implementations.

MLOps & AI Operations
Design scalable MLOps frameworks supporting continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models.
Architect model lifecycle management, monitoring, versioning, governance, and automated retraining.
Implement AI observability, performance monitoring, and operational best practices.
Establish Responsible AI governance, security controls, and model risk management frameworks.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
Partner with the Resolve Tech Solutions Sales organization to qualify opportunities and develop AI solution strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
Serve as the technical lead during pre-sales engagements, executive presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), solution proposals, effort estimates, architecture documentation, and technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
Deliver customer demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and AI solution showcases highlighting Resolve Tech Solutions' AI and cloud capabilities.
Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, and strategic technology partners to develop joint AI solutions and customer offerings.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities for AI adoption, cloud modernization, automation, and digital transformation.

Leadership & Client Engagement
Serve as the technical lead for enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
Mentor engineers, architects, and data scientists on AI technologies and architecture best practices.
Present AI strategies, architecture recommendations, and executive briefings to business and IT leadership.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies that enhance Resolve Tech Solutions' service offerings.
Contribute to AI accelerators, reusable frameworks, intellectual property, and go-to-market offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, software engineering, cloud architecture, or consulting.
4+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Proven experience architecting production-scale AI platforms and cloud-native applications.
Strong client-facing consulting, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Experience leading technical workshops and solution architecture engagements.
Demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposal development, and customer presentations.
