Job Title: Manager AI Engineer – Python (GenAI | AWS | React)

We are seeking a Manager AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, AWS, and modern web technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. This role requires a technical leader who remains actively involved in coding, architecture, and mentoring while driving AI innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute hands-on to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using Python.
Design scalable Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, and Graph-based architectures.
Build and optimize AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Amazon Bedrock.
Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services including EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead engineering teams, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
Drive architecture decisions, performance optimization, scalability, and operational excellence.
Implement Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and DevSecOps best practices.
Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, project milestones, and technical execution.
Monitor production systems and continuously improve AI solution reliability and performance.

Required Skills
6+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on Python development.
1–2+ years leading AI, Machine Learning, or Emerging Technology initiatives.
Strong experience building production-grade Generative AI applications.
Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
Hands-on expertise with:
Agentic AI
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Graph RAG
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Prompt Engineering
Experience with GenAI frameworks including:
LangChain
LlamaIndex
Amazon Bedrock
Strong AWS experience including:
EKS

Fargate
Glue
Athena
Lake Formation
EC2
Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Experience with Docker, Terraform, Puppet, and containerized deployments.
Experience building ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow.
Experience with Vector or Graph Databases such as:
Weaviate
Milvus
PGVector
Neo4j
Neptune
Strong knowledge of Python libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Boto3.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and DevSecOps practices.
