Role: Technical AI Product Manager Clinical Decision Support and Clinical Summarization
Location: Denver, CO (Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered Clinical Decision Support and Clinical Summarization solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML product delivery, healthcare data, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle management. This role will work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Clinical SMEs, and Business Stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, clinical impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive end-to-end AI product lifecycle management from concept through production deployment.
AI Product Management
Translate business and clinical requirements into functional AI product specifications.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Development teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.
Define success metrics and KPIs for AI product performance and adoption.
Participate in AI model evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Clinical & Data Management
Ensure high standards of clinical accuracy, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Document complex workflows, business processes, and data requirements.
Support clinical summarization, decision support, and healthcare data initiatives.
Work with structured and unstructured clinical datasets.
Stakeholder Management
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities.
Partner with clinical, business, operations, and technical teams.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to executive stakeholders.
Manage competing priorities and align cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience.
2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products in a professional environment.
Experience working with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and technical delivery teams.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and product documentation.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical organizations.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
