About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver insights that drive business decisions — especially in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do:
Lead multiple large projects from start to finish
Work directly with US-based clients to solve business problems using data
Build and mentor a strong data science team
Turn data into insights that guide business strategy
Use insurance industry knowledge to build risk and predictive models
What You Need:
Education & Experience:
Engineering degree
10+ years in data science and analytics, including team/project leadership
Experience delivering projects for US clients
Skills:
Strong hands-on experience (5–10 years) with Python, SQL, AI/ML, and Tableau
Good understanding of insurance processes and risk modeling
Familiarity with DataRobot and Akur8 (model deployment platforms)
Ability to build and scale ML solutions for large organizations
