How You Will Create An Impact

You lead the design and delivery of (Gen)AI solutions for Life Sciences clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable analytics and decision-support solutions.
You take charge of multiple (Gen)AI and data science projects, leading project teams, ensuring high-quality execution, measurable business impact, and successful implementation at scale.
You help clients develop innovative (Gen)AI solutions ranging from advanced analytics over GenAI custom builds to agentic applications in Pricing, Market Access and Commercial functions.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, solving complex analytical challenges and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations.
You collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate strategic AI priorities into scalable and impactful.
You build strong client relationships and a deep understanding of Life Sciences market dynamics, helping clients unlock growth and innovation through AI.
You lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while contributing to business development, proposal shaping, and thought leadership in AI and Life Sciences.
You stay at the forefront of AI and Life Sciences innovation, translating emerging technologies into tangible value for clients.

About You

You have 6–10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in consulting or industry, ideally within Life Sciences.
You hold an outstanding degree in a quantitative discipline and combine strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
You bring hands-on expertise in GenAI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic AI systems, with the ability to translate them into real-world business applications.
You have a strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and its application to Life Sciences use cases across pricing, market access and commercial domains.
You are proficient in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks and have experience developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.
You understand MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, and data architecture principles, enabling you to build robust, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.
You understand data architecture and data engineering principles, enabling you to work effectively with large-scale, complex datasets and production systems.
You excel at bridging business needs and technical implementation, translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
You have experience leading and mentoring technical teams while effectively engaging with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
