At ablefy, we believe passion can turn into a career for anyone. With ablefy.io, we give coaches, consultants, creators, and entrepreneurs everything they need to build and sell digital products online — simply and efficiently. 70,000+ entrepreneurs already trust us to power their business.
Born in 2015, ablefy has grown into a true all-in-one solution — courses, memberships, payments, e-ticketing, and more. We take care of the hard stuff, so our users can focus on what truly matters: growing their business.
Today we're the #1 platform for coaches and creators in the DACH region — and we're not slowing down. That's where you come in.
Our mission; to build software that empowers everyone to start, run and grow a successful digital business - borderless, is supported by our high performance principles that are crucial to our success:
Radical Collaboration
Constructive confrontation
Adaptive execution
Collective ambition
Evolving expertise
Empathetic leadership
About the role
Ablefy is building the next generation of infrastructure for the digital creator economy — a platform where AI runs entire digital businesses autonomously. We are past the vision stage. The foundation is in place, the engineering team is scaling, and we are now executing on our most ambitious product bets.
As Head of Product – AI & Buyer Experience, you will own two of our most strategic areas: the AI product layer that powers our platform, and the experience we deliver to buyers and communities. You will work closely with the CPTO and senior leadership, lead a team of product managers, and set the standard for how we think about, build, and ship products.
This is not a role for someone who executes a predefined roadmap. We need someone who has already thought deeply about what AI-native products look like — and has the scars to prove it.
What You Will Own
AI-First Product Strategy
Define how AI becomes the core of the Ablefy platform — not as features bolted on top, but as the intelligence layer underneath everything.
Understand what it means to build truly AI-native products: where agent-driven workflows change what users need from an interface, and where entirely new interaction models are required.
Frame the right product questions that give UX and Engineering the foundation to make these decisions well.
Agentic Systems & Orchestration
Have a real point of view on how autonomous systems are architected as products — not just as technology.
Knowledge of how agents interact, how context is managed across complex workflows, how conflicts between agents are resolved, and what it takes to make multi-agent coordination reliable at scale and translate this into clear building blocks, sequencing decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with protocols like MCP and what they mean for product design is a strong plus. You don't build these systems — but you partner closely with the engineers who do.
AI-First Seller & Buyer Experience
Play a central role in defining what the AI-first seller and buyer experience looks like on Ablefy. This goes beyond individual features or product areas — it is about shaping a coherent, differentiated experience across the entire visible platform, for both sides, with AI as the foundation.
Product Leadership
Lead a team of PMs and work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data.
Set the product culture — opinionated, user-centric, data-informed — and raise the bar on how decisions are made, documented, and communicated.
Bring new ways of working that match the speed and ambition of what we are building.
What We're Looking For
AI-Native Product Thinking & Agentic Systems
You have shipped products where AI was not an add-on but the primary product mechanism.
You have grappled with the product questions that arise when an agent takes over a workflow — what users still need to see, control, and trust, and what can happen invisibly and know how to frame these questions in a way that gives UX and Engineering the right foundation to work from.
You understand multi-agent architecture from a product perspective.
You can define agent capabilities, interaction models, and failure modes.
You have thought about how to build and orchestrate complex agent systems that are reliable, explainable, and improvable over time.
Experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar is a genuine plus — not because you will build them, but because you need to partner effectively with the engineers who do.
Vision Translation & Strategic Execution
The product vision exists and is ambitious. Your job is to deeply understand it, contribute your own perspective to evolve it where needed, and define the building blocks: what to build first, in what sequence, and why.
You balance strategic clarity with fast iteration — you can hold a coherent roadmap and run experiments at the same time, learning quickly and updating priorities when the evidence points elsewhere.
You give the team direction without locking them into assumptions the market hasn't confirmed yet.
Seller & Buyer Experience Depth
You have built products that people genuinely love and return to — at scale.
You think in retention loops, completion curves, and engagement moments.
You have owned complex, multi-sided experience products: community platforms, learning environments, creator tools, or similar.
You have a clear point of view on what AI-first engagement actually looks like in practice, for both sellers and buyers.
Systems Thinking, Experimentation & Data
You think in second-order effects, feedback loops, and compounding dynamics.
You define sharp metrics, notice when a KPI is sending the wrong signal, and make decisions grounded in data without hiding behind it.
Crucially, you are comfortable with uncertainty — you know how to design experiments, learn fast, and update your thinking when the evidence points elsewhere. You do not confuse a roadmap with a commitment to be right.
Communication & Execution
You communicate pr
