About The Opportunity

Our client, a leader in AI testing and Generative AI solutions, is looking for a skilled AI Product Manager to join their team for a 12-month engagement. This project involves defining the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact, and leading cross-functional teams to bring new AI features from concept to launch. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

Defining the AI product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user impact and technical feasibility.
Writing technical PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) that detail model performance goals and safety constraints.
Managing the "feedback loop" between user interactions and model retraining priorities.
Benchmarking competitor AI features and identifying opportunities for product differentiation.
Leading cross-functional teams (design, eng, safety) to bring new AI features from concept to launch.

Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with an AI/Technical focus.
Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, user experience (UX) for AI, and iterative development. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
Experience with Agile development, user research, and data-driven decision making.
Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
