This is an opportunity to take ownership of major product areas in a business that’s still building many of its product processes from the ground up. What you’ll do
Own product areas from customer discovery through to successful product delivery
Define roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and measure product success through data and customer feedback
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and company leadership
Lead customer interviews, product discovery and feature validation
Drive measurable business outcomes rather than simply delivering features
Champion user experience while balancing commercial priorities and technical constraints
What they’re looking for
Commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within a SaaS environment
Experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery through to launch and optimisation
Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making
Experience working closely with software engineering teams
Excellent German and good English
