About The Position

Virtuos is building an enterprise-wide agentic AI platform to transform how we deliver AAA game co-development for the world's top publishers. We are looking for a Head of Product to own the platform's roadmap, features, and prioritization, and to bring a sharp commercial and user lens to a strong technical foundation. You will lead a small team of product managers as the AI organization scales.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for the agentic AI platform and the agents built on top of it
Translate user needs and business priorities into clear product requirements
Partner closely with engineering and ML leadership to ensure we build the right things, not just things right
Build and lead a team of 2-3 product managers as the organisation scales
Work hand in hand with transformation and revenue excellence leads to drive adoption and value

Qualifications

4-5+ years in product management, with proven experience leading product functions on platforms or technical products
Some technical background (engineering, ML, or data) - enough to engage credibly with technical teams
Strong commercial instincts and a user-centric mindset
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Bonus: exposure to AI / ML products
