With business coverage across 72 countries and regions and a strategic presence in Singapore, the Group has strategically expanded into AI computing infrastructure and AIDC development in recent years. We are building a new-generation digital infrastructure ecosystem that integrates cross-border supply chain capabilities with intelligent computing services. To accelerate our high-density AIDC business expansion across Southeast Asia, we are seeking a seasoned senior leader to drive local market growth and end-to-end project delivery.
Job Overview
Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role takes full ownership of regional AIDC strategic planning, business development, project delivery and key stakeholder management. You will lead the landing and commercialization of high-density, liquid-cooled GPU-based AI compute infrastructure projects, establish partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers, AI institutions and enterprise clients, and scale our AIDC business in the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute localized AIDC business strategies, covering high-density AI data center project planning, power resource negotiation, site selection, and full-cycle project delivery.
Drive end-to-end business development with hyperscale cloud vendors and AI enterprises, including client engagement, RFP response, commercial negotiation, contract closure and long-term strategic partnership building.
Liaise with key stakeholders including government bodies, energy authorities and IMDA to secure data center operation permits, sufficient power capacity and sustainable green energy resources.
Oversee the operation and optimization of high-power AIDC facilities (20kW–100kW+ high-density racks, liquid cooling systems and 400G high-speed networks) to ensure optimal PUE and stable operation of large-scale GPU clusters.
Build and nurture the local industry ecosystem, collaborate with EPC contractors, cooling solution providers, network carriers and GPU suppliers, and lead the development of the local business team.
Requirements
Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 10+ years of working experience in data center, cloud infrastructure or AIDC industry, with at least 5+ years of senior management or regional leadership experience.
Proven senior leadership experience in the data center and AIDC industry, with professional background in either Singapore or Malaysia; familiar with high-density AI compute business models, local industry policies and market landscape.
Successful track record in hyperscaler client development, data center investment, wholesale leasing and commercial project delivery in Singapore or Malaysia.
In-depth professional knowledge of AIDC infrastructure, liquid cooling technology, high-power rack deployment, 400G networking and large-scale GPU cluster operation and maintenance.
Established high-quality connections with government authorities, energy suppliers and core industry players within Singapore’s data center and new energy sectors.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, rigorous P&L management capabilities and cross-functional leadership experience.
Mandatory Requirement: Full unrestricted work rights in Singapore. No visa sponsorship will be provided for this position.
